Perfect spot for exploring!

Loved the location, super close to the old town and not a hassle to get to the Guggenheim! The staff were really friendly and gave some great tips on where to eat. The snack bar was a nice touch for quick bites, but wish there were more charging ports near the bed. Still, overall a solid stay!

Great hotel to stay for the night after camping for 2 nights at the Bilbao Live Festival. Good size clean room with a nice big shower and comfortable bed. Just what we needed! Handy location as well, about a 10 minute walk from the main bus station (Sam Mames) and about the same to the Guggenheim Museum. Highly recommended as a convenient and well priced hotel!

The room is reasonably priced. Every staff member is very friendly and strives to meet your needs. The location is favourable and perfect with private parking available on site...

We had a grand time staying here! The location was fab, just a short stroll to the bustling Casca Viejo. The staff were real sound folks, helpful with directions. One downside, though, was the breakfast could have had more variety, like some egg dishes to spice it up a bit.

Just very convenient and good value.

Has a tight and cramped parking but secured and once you leave the car you have a great shopping area around it plus if you walk a km you can see most of Bilbao's sights.

Small rooms and baths but passable

I wanted to love my stay, really! But the tiny room seemed like a closet, and good luck trying to find power sockets! Surprise, none by the bed. Oh, and the breakfast was a complete letdown, barely edible. I almost thought about giving a nice review but couldn't after such a dismal experience!

The location is good to visit the city, bars and restaurants are near by. Car park is under the hotel !!

Great location! Friendly staff and quick check-in. Room smelled stale, and tiny TV.

Close proximity and easy walk to all the main attractions. 10 min walk to the bus termini, 15 min walk to the Rall important Gugenheim and 10 mins to the Old town for some great tapas. Rooms clean, nice and functional and really cant complain for the price.

Not a major deal but the service at the in-house restaurant was slow an din the end I ended up walking away and going down the street. Certainly not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination, just I was feeling lazy, yet it forced me to seek out and sample the far more rewarding gastronomic treats that the Basque region is so famed for. Would go back for sure.

Clean well equiped rooms of very reasonable size. Clean, new, quality and functional bathroom equipment. Helpful and efficient staff.

Rooms outside of the building: noisy if you open the windows. Internet link: frequent attacks signaled by my antivirus software, denial of service attacks block sometimes block your link for several minutes.

Enara at reception was an absolute chommie! She. The room was super quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the breakfast options too, nice and healthy to kickstart the day!

The location of the hotel is superb. this will help any traveller or visitor to have easy access to the city of bilbao.

The room was well-equipped and a nice size with an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite television.

Very very good building and rooms with a good bathroom.
